AXA Secure GPT is an internal generative-AI platform built on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service in a secured, data-privacy-compliant tenant. Developed in-house in three months, it lets employees generate, summarize, translate and correct text, images and code via 100+ curated prompt templates, supporting knowledge management and internal copilots. First deployed to ~1,000 AXA Group Operations employees with the aim of reaching all 140,000 globally; live across 14 countries by summer 2024. Group-wide initiative; rollout to the Swiss market unit (AXA Switzerland) is not separately confirmed.
