Convr Intake AI submission processing (Zurich North America)
by Zurich North America (Zurich Insurance Group) · Primary insurer
Market unit: US
Zurich North America, the commercial property and casualty unit of Zurich Insurance Group, uses Convr AI's underwriting tools. Convr's Intake AI applies machine learning and computer vision to process ACORD forms, loss runs and other submission documents, extracting data and filling incomplete or invalid fields from trusted data sources so underwriters can focus on decisions and relationships. The two companies have worked together since 2017, and Zurich Large Casualty recently focused on the automobile line. In December 2025 Zurich announced an expansion to enable all modules of Convr's AI Underwriting solution and to extend extraction, cleansing and enrichment to further lines of business. No metrics were published (vendor press release).
