ZFinder is an ML fraud-detection model developed in-house at Zurich Seguros (Spain, a unit of the Swiss-domiciled Zurich Group): big-data pattern recognition across thousands of similar claims plus self-learning algorithms. Launched June 2018 for household insurance; it doubled automatic fraud detection, and in 76% of the cases investigated an expert assessment was unnecessary.
