AXA Switzerland reports being the first insurer in Switzerland to offer its own app inside ChatGPT via OpenAI's app integration. Customers interested in legal protection insurance (AXA-ARAG) can ask about coverage, receive a premium calculation in the conversation and follow links to axa.ch to request a quote or conclude a contract. AXA positions it as an extension of its omnichannel offering, serving as both a sales channel and a lead channel for its tied agencies. The only source is an AXA LinkedIn post; as of October 2026 no AXA press release, trade-press coverage or usage figures were found, so status and scale are unconfirmed.
