ZFinder is an ML fraud-detection model developed in-house at Zurich Seguros (Spain, a unit of the Swiss-domiciled Zurich Group): big-data pattern recognition across thousands of similar claims plus self-learning algorithms. Launched June 2018 for household insurance; it doubled automatic fraud detection, and in 76% of the cases investigated an expert assessment was unnecessary.
SWICA (leading Swiss health insurer, ~1.6 million insured) operates the chatbot IQ, built with Enterprise Bot, today running on Azure OpenAI and integrated with BSI. Reported results: 77.4% fewer live-chat requests, waiting time -66% (5:10→1:45), escalations down from 28% to 7%.

Baloise worked with IBM iX to generate multilingual SEO meta descriptions using generative AI (ChatGPT), rolled out in phases across the websites in Germany and Switzerland, followed by Luxembourg and Belgium.
